Project description: Stochastic optimisation to identify optimal locations for conservation investments targeted towards protecting koala (Phascolarctos cinereus) habitats in New South Wales, Australia.
Identified optimal locations for conservation investments for flexible investments (add new investments in the future) versus static conservation investment decisions using a stochastic two-stage optimisation model.
Projected conservation outcomes of these alternative conservation investment decisions under climate change uncertainty.
These findings are not yet peer-reviewed and are currently in preparation for submission to an academic journal. Please do not cite.
